ClientHaven provides workspace-based client portal tooling, including file versioning, share links, approvals, signatures, and activity logs.

You are responsible for lawful use and content uploaded to your workspace.

Subscriptions are billed per workspace on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.

Cancellations and payment methods are managed via the Stripe customer portal.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Electronic signatures in this MVP include audit logging but are not represented as legally specialized compliance products.
